What is the Property Watch service?+
Property Watch is a property check for owners who are away, including a walk-through, storm and weather damage check, mail and package collection, securing gates and outbuildings, and a photo/text report after every visit. If we find damage, we can do the repairs it needs at a predetermined rate of time and materials, but only after you, the absent homeowner, review the report and approve the work.
